The North East Police Sports Club (PSC) is a youth-focused lifestyle program designed similar to police athletic leagues across the country. The PSC is a designed to serve the youth in the North East area and surrounding communities. In collaboration with Cecil County programs and community partners, the PSC utilizes athletics, education, mentorship, and recreation to create a unified support network known as 'The Village.' Through an 'all hands-on-deck' approach, the PSC is dedicated to fostering a healthy, safe, supportive, and consistent environment for local youth and their families. This initiative thrives under the guidance of North East Police Department (NEPD) law enforcement professionals, Cecil County Public Schools (CCPS) educators, and Cecil County Parks & Recreation (CCPR) youth development specialists, along with vetted community members, ensuring a reliable and comprehensive support network. The PSC encourages youth to reach their full potential while cultivating character, integrity, life skills, and respect for themselves and others. Activities such as PSC Basketball and pscfootball, along with various recreational endeavors, form the foundation of our youth development mission, empowering participants within the pscnortheast community.

As the largest school district in Maryland, Montgomery County has seen impressive growth in the PSC, which now boasts over 600 participating students in various activities, including PSC Basketball and pscfootball. Thanks to the initiatives of the PSC, Montgomery County experienced a remarkable 48% reduction in juvenile-related crime and calls for service at schools.
